My journey at Nutanix has been defined by rapid growth and architectural scale. Over the course of four promotions in four years, I evolved from a Visual Design Contractor to the Lead and Owner of our enterprise design system. Today, I oversee a unified design language that empowers 76 designers across 8 distinct product PODs.

Beyond the technical architecture of our 50+ core components, my focus is on design leadership and evidence-based strategy. For the past two years, I have led and mentored a dedicated team of designers, conducting 10+ targeted research studies to ensure our system remains grounded in user needs.
